KRD Builders is a full service design, construction and project management firm. With over 30 years background in New Hampshire building our skills uniquely position us to help members of NHCDA. From renovations of bath houses to design and construction of bunk houses or dining halls, we cover all aspects of the construction process (such as: demolition, sitework, foundation/slab work, framing, siding, roofing, painting, flooring, FRP installation, bathroom construction, lighting, heating, window installation and/or creation, as well as much more). This also includes working with local building departments, zoning boards and development groups to secure variances, appeals or building permits. We have ongoing relationships with members of NHCDA and would be excited to discuss any new opportunities that might come up. There are never any fees associated with discussing a project, walking a site or preparing estimates for any of our clients.
