2025 Fall Conference & Annual Meeting

Join us on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, for our Fall Conference and Annual Meeting! This year we will return to Camp Brookwoods as our host location in Alton, NH. The Conference Committee is hard at work creating a robust, fun and informative day for all - more details coming soon!

REGISTRATION: As a thank you to our members, this is a free event for Member Camps + two additional staff until Friday, October 10, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: You must sign up your two additional staff members separately, as each attendee must be registered for this event. Additional staff members (3 or more from your camp) and NON-Members can join at a cost of $20 per /person.

Registration after October 10, 2025 is $20 per/person, regardless of membership status. Help us with reducing food waste and accurate registration numbers by signing up before October 10th. Final date to sign-up is October 17th.
