On February 20, 2024, Melissa Clement from the Childcare Licensing Unit of NH Department of Health and Human Services sent an email to all licensed camps notifying them that DHHS would be commencing a review and revision of Youth Recreation Camp licensing rules, to take effect for the 2025 camp season.
The NHCamps DHHS committee has done a preliminary review of the draft edits to Rule He-C 4003, and expects to meet with Melissa and her team early in April to present questions, comments, recommendations, and concerns.
