The Mission of the NHCDA Legislative Committee is to:
- Be aware of and involved in any legislation which can or may negatively impact NH camps.
- Support legislation that positively impacts NH camps.
- Communicate to the NHCDA board and membership about pertinent legislative matters.
With the help of a professional lobbyist in Concord, the NHCDA Legislative Committee monitors state and local legislation and has monthly meetings.
The NHCDA Legislative Committee serves as the “go-to” source for answers and information regarding legislative issues for NH camps, lawmakers, and the public at large.
