CANS FROM CAMPERS

For the last few years, a number of New Hampshire camps have participated in the “Cans from Campers” initiative first piloted by Camp Pemigewassett in Wentworth, NH in 2015. Cans from Campers is an easy-to-implement, adaptable food-drive project for summer camps of all sizes!

There are already some New Hampshire camps that are participating, and we want to encourage more camps to join us this summer!

Whether you want to start with something simple, like having camp families contribute canned goods for collection on Opening Day or Visiting days, or you want to develop a service learning program, “Cans from Campers” can be a wonderful and meaningful annual tradition for your camp.
