Description:
Camp Glen Brook weaves Waldorf Education with the New England camping experience. For over 60 years, our enthusiastic and devoted staff strives to foster joy for life, wonder for the natural world, self respect and personal growth.
Our program is rich with music, arts and crafts, drama, folk dancing, festivals, campfires, and many of the traditional camping activities such as swimming, hiking, archery, tennis, camping, ropes course, nature exploration, and games. Campers assist in the care of the garden and farm animals and participate in the work of preserving the unique historic buildings and surrounding fields and woods. An added bonus: wholesome, good-tasting food! Glen Brook also offers an 8th-grade adventure program, a week-long winter camp, and year-round school group programs.
