About Fleur de Lis
Fleur de Lis is an all-girls camp featuring a fun and relaxing summer program where girls can experience many kinds of activities of interest to the individual girl to add depth experience and a general well-rounded adventure to her character in this non-competitive environment. As a non-profit camp in existence for over 80 years Fleur de Lis is a traditional camp with an exceptionally strong community. Campers live in cabins or platform tents with new and old friends of their same age but participate in activities in small groups with campers of all ages. All campers in this intimate environment (about 100 campers weekly) know everyone--campers & camp staff in the entire camp creating a community known for its kindness opportunity to mentor others and acceptance of each individual. Campers are ages 8-15 and stay for 3-7 weeks or a 2 week starter session for first time campers. The Big & Little Weekend for an adult female (mom/aunt/grandma/friend) and a camper is available starting at age 6 every August and is another great introduction to camping at Fleur de Lis. Activities include canoe, kayak, sail, swim, waterski, drawing, arts & crafts, sewing, knitting, ceramics, archery, riflery, horseback riding (English saddleseat), drama, dance, field sports (soccer lacrosse volleyball), tennis and more. The Circle of Fleur de Lis is a one-week FREE camp experience for girls who have experienced the death of a parent.
